Would highly recommend ordering from electric ride! Good quality and great customer service.

The mototec has a popped tire with a screw in it. I would like a replacement for the back tire.

Used once and fell apart. It’s been about a week and still no resolution. Unimpressive at best.

All the reviews you see on tiktok about the bike being bad are bad reviews, this bike is amazing for its price and I ride mostly on the street and it is amazing for its price. The only tiny downside is the battery life, it goes down pretty quick if you pin it in mode 3 but other than that the bike is worth it.

My son wanted a more powerful and faster electric dirt bike from a 48V one he had. He loves this one! It really looks and feel like a real dirt bike. Assembly was also easy even for a beginner like me!

We purchased this dirt bike for our son’s 13th birthday since he outgrew the smaller Razor bikes. Ever since we put it together he’s been driving it every spare minute. My husband and him are looking forward to the weather warming up and going on trails together and really testing it out. Also, we can’t say enough wonderful things about the customer service. They’ve been wonderful to work with.

This bike is awesome. My husband love this. It's super quiet and get up to speed QUICK! highly recommend.

I purchase (2) E-Moto bikes at the same time from different vendors and I must say, my experience with Electric Ride Co. was top notch. Angelica reached out via email immediately to let me know that the bike I wanted was waiting for the next shipment to arrive at the warehouse and made sure I still wanted to proceed with the purchase. She let me know that I would not see any charges on my card until she received a shipping label for my bike. She made sure I read through all of their terms and shipping procedures before finalizing the process. On top of the great customer service, Electric Ride Co. was also offering the best pricing. My other purchase also arrived in good condition, but there was not any correspondence from a human, which was okay, but it didn’t give me the confidence I had with Angelica and ERC.

The dirt bike is as advertised. It is incredibly powerful for its size (I am an old 2-stroke, RM250 race biker from the early 2000s). The electric will take some getting used to, but the fun factor is all there.

I am 6’ tall and 180#’s and this bike fits me perfectly! I’m newer to the e-bike/e-moto world and this bike does not disappoint! It was packaged very well, the metal framing did take damage during shipping but it did not affect the bike at all. It was simple to assemble and took me about 45 min.

I do have a few complaints but nothing that was a huge issue.

-The rear axle nut was torqued super tight (I’m assuming with an impact gun).

-One of the fork tubes was a few mm higher than the other which made putting the front axle on a challenge.

-The chain was too tight, there was no slack whatsoever.

-The graphics on the plastics have a lot of bubbles in them, not a big deal as I’ll probably replace them with a custom set.

Overall, this bike is a blast! It’s about the size of a 85cc Dirtbike and it rips! I’ve got 5 solid rides on it so far and no issues yet!

Easy communication with Angelica! She was the best, responded to my questions. My son is 12 and LOVES this bike. Ifs smaller than a Surron but def has kick! And for way less! It’s perfect, would definitely recommend and have!

Firstly, I just want to start off by saying I never enjoy taking time out of my day to write a review, so when I do it's usually because I've had a very positive or negative experience with a product or service I paid for. This review was prompted by a negative experience, unfortunately.

Before I mention the issues I had with my purchase, I just want to thank Angelica G. from Electric Ride Co. for providing great customer service in spite of the issues I had with Soversky (the actual company that sold the bike).

Issues:
1. I received the wrong color from Soversky.
(Supposed to be Black...I got bright Red instead)

2. Soversky failed to include the detachable trunk.
(at the time of this review I still haven't received it)

3. UNSAFE cheap plastic "securing" the front turn signals & LCD display screen!!!
(This is the worst part for me...the other two issues are tolerable)

Suggestions:
1. ALWAYS use sturdy durable materials to secure the important electronics on a vehicle that is intended and expected to be used on the road (i.e. headlights, turn signals, screens, etc...)!!!!

2. Never accept a design being of foreign manufacture as an excuse for poor/unsafe quality features!
- Given the fact that many of Soversky's vehicles are ACTUALLY based off of foreign models of electric vehicles outside the United States, it's even less acceptable that the quality is NOT cared about more (especially when it concerns safety), because most of the ACTUAL work is being done by the FOREIGN manufacturers that ACTUALLY design the bike!!!

3. Don't initially ask people if they want to return a relatively big and difficult to ship item after they were inconvenienced by receiving the wrong version or model! You're just asking the already inconvenienced person to inconvenience themselves again by going through the annoying process of trying to find a way to repackage the product after inspecting it, and finding a carrier that's willing and capable of shipping it back!

*Note - Because I was sent the wrong color and the trunk was missing, I received a partial refund of $150 from Soversky after I notified Angelica G. from Electric Ride Co. of my issue.
I'd be lying if I said that I was satisfied with the refund I received after I started putting my bike together and discovered the other quality/safety issues I came across. I became progressively more annoyed with the poor quality of the plastic the more I began assembling.

I don't give fake reviews on ANYTHING...EVER, and I never shy away from complete honesty when giving my opinion or assessment on something. This poor review IS NOT meant to imply in any way whatsoever that Soversky should be defined as a company by my anecdotal negative experience with one of their products! I will, however, be screenshotting or screen recording the uploading of my review to test the transparency of this online customer review board just in case my review isn't visible for any particular reason. I do this as a contingency, NOT because I have any reason to doubt the transparency of this customer review board at this present time.

Sometimes unfortunate things happen, but that doesn't mean it's the end of the world. The very reason I share my honest unfiltered experience is for the sole purpose of providing the necessary feedback every company needs to aid in the qualitative progression of the goods or services they offer.

Works great perfect upgrade from the razor 650s

Great quality very fast for the size. I’m 6’1 and I can ride comfortably on it

Bought for grandson’s birthday. These were easy to put together bout ,took 45 minutes on first bout 25 on second. These bikes will get it like a real gas powered bike but no shifting. Grandson’s love them Had some broke parts but Angelica has new ones coming She provides great customer service I highly recommend the bikes and the Company and Angelica. One thing I would change is on their green 60volt bike I would put green anodized brake parts and shock tower caps other than that the bike is perfect.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of this machine. My son is very happy with it. My only regret is I should have gone with the next size up. The team here at Electric Ride CO. was helpful and communicative.

My 9 year old loves his bike

Bought this for my 14yr old son and he loves it! Bike seems sturdy and like good quality. Was fairly easy to assemble once it arrived. Hoping it will last for awhile and seems like the parts are easily available to purchase if something does stop working or gets damaged.

We recently purchased a dirt bike for my son, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. The ordering process was incredibly easy and quick, which set the tone for a great experience. Even while the bike was on backorder, the company kept us well-informed every step of the way with clear and consistent communication.

Once the bike arrived, it exceeded our expectations! My son has been riding it every single day and absolutely loves it. It’s been a great source of fun and excitement for him. I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service we received. Highly recommend!
