My boys love this bike. We have had many electric bikes and this is far the better of them all.

The service we had with Electric Ride Co. was great. They communicated effectively and made sure our order was completed in a timely fashion.

A complaint with such an insulting return policy “just sell it on marketplace” has no right earning customers money. I’ve moved this up the chain along with the disrespectful womens name who had an attitude. You work for me in this situation, and you failed.

I love my G300 Pro fun bike to ride. Had a few issues but nothing angelica and her team couldn't handle. I locked up my bike messing with the settings. Reached out to angelica told her my issue she said she get back to me a day or 2 later she got back to me told me what i needed to do tried it and it worked

Ordered the MotoTec Pro 72V/30Ah. Purchase was easy and communication on delivery was great! Bike was received quickly. My son loves his new bike!

Our daughter has loved this and we love that it's quiet so it doesn't bother the neighbors. Definitely recommend! Plus electric ride Co shipped it out super fast and had great communication throughout the purchase!

This bike is actually so cool but parents are not happy with it

Bike rides great on trails, is a bit heavier compared to other bikes on the market but nonetheless rides with great stability. Advertised for 50 MPH max speed but my bike propped on a stool only reads up to 41 MPH not sure why that is. Really only complaint I have, other customers still getting that 50 MPH so my only guess is that mines came with incorrect tuning? If you run into the same problem as me they do sell bluetooth dongles that allows you too tune the performance. But beware of frying your battery don’t overtune it.

The box was very beat up when delivered. Some small scratches on the tank and one tab broken tab on the battery cover is all. It is awesome. Fast and fun. Love it!

Wish I didn’t buy it. Slow and restricted not advertised a steady ride at 28 mph. It only goes that fast when you are pushing super heavy with your legs and then it cuts out when it hits 28. It’s weird and stupid

Great customer service. We have had the bike for about two weeks and my son loves riding it. Great value for the money spent.

I love the bike it's amazing. My only issue was one of the bolts for the handle bars was defective because the threads on the bolt were bad. I got another bolt to replace it but all told it was a minor problem. I love the bike!

Grandson is 10 and he absolutely loves it. It is very well made. Looks great and goes a lot faster than I thought it would. It is super quiet so it doesn’t bother the neighbors!

Shipping was decent, and instructions for install was simple enough. It seems decently made. However, after following all instructions to a tea, I would say as of now, it’s not worth your time or money. Battery lasts right at 20 minutes, this is after a full 8-10 hour charge. I’m still talking with customer service, on whether or not we got a bad battery. It didn’t come with the flag pole, but my daughter wasn’t interested in that so that’s not an issue. The machine is fast, brakes are decent. But I think it’s too heavy of a machine for the battery size. My daughter is under 40 pounds and it’s a bummer that the battery hasn’t lasted long, weight limit says 146. We’ve only charged it twice (purchased/delivered end of May 2025). We haven’t turned the key to fast mode yet since we’re waiting for my daughter to get more comfortable at the lower speeds. The stickers were pealing off /bubbling when it arrived but we were able to smooth them out. So, the design, metal frame, idea, and speed options are great. But for the run time compared to the charge time isn’t worth it, not at the price point. I’ll update based on feedback from customer service.
