1. Is this skateboard waterproof?

The water-resistance of the skateboard is IP55, which is resistant to splashes and dust under normal conditions, but if you ride in a puddle or where the water level is high, or even immerse your skateboard in water, the water is likely to enter the electrical parts and cause damage.
Please do not ride in the rain or any wet ground with water, this will cause a high risk of water damage and may cause the motor bearings to rust and make noise.

First 30 days with Atlas 4WD 2in1

Delivered without problems within a week.
I have driven about 250 km. I use it not only for free riding but also for the way to work. I mainly ride with 90mm wheels.
About 45 km per charge is realistic in a normal environment. Sometimes uphill, sometimes downhill. Mostly flat (my weight is 55kg).
Trucks are great. Very stable perfectly responsive. With a little patience, it can be set exactly on the rider.
The disadvantage of the truck is the screw, which is relatively easy to damage when driving off the pavement, for example.
I will definitely buy a protective frame for the engines, at least for the front.
And I definitely recommend buying a helmet, back protector and gloves.
They were very helpful in the store. In contrast to exvay.com, where even after 8 weeks they did not reply to my email or messenger. Here they advised and helped me with everything. I was very satisfied.

Worth the wait

After waiting for a few months my atlas finally arrived, I took it out for a test run and the only thing I need to do is adjust the tension on the trucks so the board doesn’t turn as easily when I’m in motion, almost had an accident but it’s not my first time rolling fast on a long board, got it up to 20 mph (turns out that’s what I’m used to on my old board) and had to make a sharp turn, went too far and recovering was almost the downfall, but stabilized just fine, an excellent ride

Very Impressed!

Got my Atlas Carbon 4WD about 4 days ago. From the first moment opening the box I knew this was something special and it sure is. Wow, I love it! Great distance and the nicest ride. I'm still playing with settings and dialing her in. The power band on these motors is just kick ass! Super fast and just an all round great ride. All my friends love it and it's well worth the money.

Exway, please wait at least a year before you top this model. Guy, your service was friendly and spot on. Thank you! Will keep my eyes out for your next Atlas 4x4 model.

Free shipping in the contiguous United States. Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days with FedEx or UPS.

Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse, the estimated shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your location in the United States.

Europe & UK

Free Shipping from warehouses in Germany and UK. Estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days. There are no customs duties or taxes applicable.

Asia

Free Shippng from China warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days.

Order Confirmation

  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
  • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

  • If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
  • We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
  • If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@electricrideco.com

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Freight LTL Shipments

  • Note: Only applies to certain products such as large scooters.
  • When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
  • You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item. 
  • The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday to Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time, i.e. 9am, cannot be scheduled. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame. 
  • Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
  • Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered. 
  • The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door. 
  • Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at Time of Product Delivery
  1. Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing:
  • Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit. 
  • We recommend immediate inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork, take photos of the damage, and notify us immediately by sending an e-mail with photos to support@electricrideco.com
  • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage. 
  • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier.

    Electric Ride Co. is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website. All of our products are covered by their manufacturer return/refund policies and warranty policies.

    For a majority of our products, our return policy varies between 7 to 30 days depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies and we have to abide by the manufacturer's return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we distribute. Please read the return policy below that applies to this product. Brand return policies should be read in conjunction with the Electric Ride Co. Return Terms below.

    Exway Return Policy

    You can request our Return & Refund Service if:

    (1) The product has not been opened within seven calendar days after receiving the product, and it is brand new and unused.
    (2) If the product is found to have manufacturing defects within 15 calendar days after receiving the product, you can apply for a return and refund service; it is not within the scope of the return and refund service due to use on the ground or other circumstances that affect secondary sales.
    (3) If the customer's reasons cause the return, Exway will charge a 5% order operation fee and deduct the original order's shipping cost.

    Return & Refund Service will not be provided where: 

    (1) It is requested beyond 15 calendar days of receiving a product.
    (2) A product sent to Exway for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., with cracks, dents, or scratches.
    (3) Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
    (4) Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
    (5) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
    (6) Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
    (7) A product is not delivered to Exway within 15 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Exway.
    (8) Other circumstances are stated in this policy.

    Return & Refund Instructions

    If you would like to apply for a return and refund, don't hesitate to contact us within seven calendar days of receiving your product(s).

    We will process your return and refund application within two or five working days after receiving your email.

    Refund Time

    Refunds will be processed using the same method used to make the payment. Depending on the bank or credit card issuer, the bank or credit card issuer will complete the refund process in about 7-14 business days.

    Return Shipping

    Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance faults.

    Replacement Instructions

    If you would like to replace or change the product, don't hesitate to contact customer support by emailing support@electricrideco.com.

    Replacement Fee

    Exway shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.

    Or the customer shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement when the warranty period has expired.


    Electric Ride Co. Return Terms

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
    • Returns may be requested by sending an email to support@electricrideco.com with your order number.
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • We do not charge restocking fees, but if our supplier does, this fee will be passed on to you. Supplier restocking fees vary from zero to 30% and can be viewed on the product page.
    • If the return is for personal reasons, a 5% fee will be charged to cover our administration costs and merchant processing fees.
    • If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
    • Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable.
    • We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges.
    • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
    • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us.

     Additional Information

    • It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
    • If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.

    Cancellations

    • All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
    • This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
    • If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
    • If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.

    Damages

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will address the issue.

    Defective Merchandise

    All of our products are covered by their manufacturer warranty policies. The warranty information for each product can be found under the "WARRANTY" tab on the product page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product.

    Please note that for returns of defective products, it is the customer's responsibility to repackage the product in the original packaging. Please make sure to keep the original packaging even if it has been damaged as the packaging can be patched up. If the customer has thrown away the original packaging then it is the customer's responsibility to repackage the product at their own cost.

    Some of our suppliers may refuse returns if the original packaging has been thrown away.

    Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures

    Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed pictures, usually due to product improvements over time. Electric Ride Co. is not responsible for original or return shipping fees should the specs or pictures be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow.     Exway Warranty Policy

    Warranty Service

    (1) The warranty starts on the date that the board is received and is valid for 6 months for X1 Pro Hub/Riot, Wave Hub/Riot, X1 Max Riot/Hub, Atlas-2WD/4WD, and 12 months for Flex Riot/Hub. The customer must provide valid proof of purchase for warranty coverage. Replacement parts are available for sale after the warranty period is over.
    (2) Batteries, ESCs, Remote Controls have a 6-month warranty (when the customer buys the parts separately) from the date the package is delivered to the customer.
    (3) Other product accessories do not provide warranty service.

    Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance or improper storage.

    Any damage other than normal wear and tear.

    The water resistance of the skateboard is IP55, which is resistant to splashes and dust under normal conditions, but if you ride in a puddle or where the water level is high, or even immerse your skateboard in water, the water is likely to enter the electrical parts and damage the part.

    Please do not ride in the rain or any wet ground with water, this will cause a high risk of water damage and may cause the motor bearings to rust and make noise.

    Warranty service will be provided for parts such as:

    Deck / Trucks / Motors / ESC/ Remote / Charger/ Battery

    Warranty service will not be provided for parts such as:

    (1) Wheels, Bearings, Bushings, Belts, Grip Tape are considered wearable and tear items and will not be covered.
    (2) Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or improper storage.
    (3) Any damage outside of normal wear and tear.
    (4) Damage caused by unauthorized repairs of the product.
