Equipped with high-quality LG 21700 large capacity lithium batteries, the UM-2 delivers a high power supply, and closely monitors the battery status with multiple protection mechanisms to ensure battery safety. 3 SECOND FOLDING
With a weight of 44 lbs, the UM-2 can be carried with one hand. The 3 second fold-up design makes it easy for carrying on elevators, the subway, and storage in a vehicle’s trunk.
DUAL-SIDED KICKSTAND
The user-friendly, stable, dual-sided kickstand can be used from both sides of the scooter to park it in an upright position.
ANTI-GLARE LED HEADLIGHTS
The upgraded high-brightness LED headlight is designed to illuminate the path up to 33 feet and is fully complies with the K-MARK (StVZO) standard. The adjusted light angle keeps the light beam below the line of sight to avoid headlight dazzle and increase night time riding safety.
3 SPEED MODES & CRUISE CONTROL
The UM-2 electric scooter comes with 3 speed modes as well as cruise control to limit the maximum speed of the scooter, either for a beginner user or for more controlled riding in crowded surroundings.

APP SUPPORTED
Connect your UM-2 to your mobile phone with the AnyHill app. To prevent unauthorized access to your e-scooter, you can assign an individual password in the app. In addition to the current driving data such as speed and charge level, further technical information can be viewed on the detail page.

Free shipping to the contiguous US via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All scooter orders are signature required to avoid unattended drop-off. Your orders are sent directly to our US-based fulfillment centers for immediate processing and we provide a tracking number via email for you to check on your order status at any time.

Order Process
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of tracking information when your order has shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or e-commerce peak seasons. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us at support@electricrideco.com.
Order Tracking
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to activate.
Your Shipment Is Insured
With signature confirmation, your parcel is worry-free from unattended drop-off. In addition, insurance is included on all scooter orders for no extra charge, which covers up to $1,000 worth of accidental loss or damage to your shipment while it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Order Cancelation/Modification
You can cancel your order before the package shipped free of charge. However, if the package has already been shipped out, you need to pay a $50 shipping fee for canceling your order. If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply.

Order Confirmation
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
- If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
- We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Freight LTL Shipments
- Note: Only applies to certain products such as large scooters.
- When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
- You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item.
- The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday to Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time, i.e. 9am, cannot be scheduled. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame.
- Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
- Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered.
- The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door.
- Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at Time of Product Delivery
- Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing:
- Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
- We recommend immediate inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork, take photos of the damage, and notify us immediately by sending an e-mail with photos to support@electricrideco.com
- IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
- Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier.

For a majority of our products, our return policy varies between 7 to 30 days depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies and we have to abide by the manufacturer's return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we distribute. If you would like to return your product for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all of the conditions are met. If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, please refer to the products’ Limited Warranty and follow its procedures. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed.

Return Requirement
- Less than 10 miles riding.
- No major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches and chips will result in refund deduction.
- Depending on the scooter's condition, a restocking fee of 10 – 30% will be charged. Orders outside the continental United States may charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returned accessories including battery.
- All the return orders freight will be on customers’ own account.
- You will need to use our original packing boxes to pack the products.
- The return time is within one month after you receive the product.
- Please contact our technical support team for return/replacement instructions and return Address at support@electricrideco.com.
Refund
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the return is rejected due to not meeting the terms of this policy, we will hold the product until you provide payment for the shipment of the product back to you. We will only hold rejected returns for 30 days from the date we receive the product back from you.
- Quality issues: Accept full refund & partial refund.
- Receive wrong goods: FREE to exchange or full refund.
- Damaged or missing accessories: Free to send accessories or accept a partial refund.
- The customer cancels the order before the package is shipped: 5% of the total amount will be deducted as a processing fee.
- The package cannot be delivered or missing: Accept free resend or full refund.
- The customer cancels the order after the package is shipped: Customers need to pay $200 shipping charge per electric scooter (Deduct $200/item when making refund).
- Change delivery address: Customers need to pay an extra $20 per item.
- If the customers loses the original packing boxes, customers need to pay an extra $60 per item
- Customers refuse to accept the package: $200 shipping charge per item or the customer needs to pay an extra $200 for resend.
- Quality Issues Refund: 1. Within 30 days: Free return or exchange for defective products. Shipping fee can not be refunded. 2. Over 30 days: Return is not acceptable; Accept exchange new product or partial refund. Must take a photo of the item in its original packaging to share with our Product Support team.
- Non-quality Issues Refund: Only refund within 30 days: Unopened package, unused, or the electric scooter must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it, and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). We will deduct the shipping fee of $200/pc when we are making a refund for non-defective electric scooter or no-longer needed electric scooter. $20/pc will be deducted for phone holder return shipment; $30/pc for casing bag and helmet; $60/pc for electric scooter batteries.
- Quality Issues Reimbursement: If you believe your item is defective and was purchased within the last 1 years from our authorized dealer, please contact us at support@anyhill.com, and provide photos or videos that containing the actual defects as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Anyhill support team could provide you with technical solutions.
If the issues still can not be resolved, we would recommend you bring the item to your local electric scooter or bike repair store for fixing, and we would like to provide reimbursement for the defectiveness. Please note that to be eligible for the reimbursement, i)valid print invoice/digital invoice of the repair shop (handwriting invoices are not eligible); ii)the amount of reimbursement cannot exceed twice the price of the corresponding parts for the repair. iii)We do not offer exchanges when parts are damaged again. Only one replacement per part will be accepted. Anyhill reserves the right to determine between defective products and normal wear and tear.
Please note:
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, we will refund within 3 business days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please understand it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How can I get the replacement/refund?
If you confirm that you want to return and request a replacement or return for a refund, you can contact with our support team for a return label, we will refund or send the replacement out after we received the returned parcel.
Order Cancellations
Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your payment, our fulfillment center begins to pack your order at this time. This means item handling costs are incurred for your order. We may not be able to cancel your order free of charge if the parcel has been packed for shipping. Please make sure your order is confirmed before you hit the submit button. Cancellation within 24 hours before shipment is subject to a 5% handling charge. Cancellation of orders after shipment, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
Orders in the following situation cannot be canceled:
1. In-transit items. The shipping carrier may take it from our fulfillment center while you cancel it, and we cannot recall the package en route.
2. Bulk orders with customized speculations cannot be canceled if production has been initiated.
Order Modifications
1. If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply;
2. Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your payments, however, you will not be charged any fees to add additional items to your order, change items any time to the order processing state.

Electric Ride Co. Return Terms
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns may be requested by sending an email to support@electricrideco.com with your order number.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We do not charge restocking fees, but if our supplier does, this fee will be passed on to you. Supplier restocking fees vary from zero to 30% and can be viewed on the product page.
- If the return is for personal reasons, a 5% fee will be charged to cover our administration costs and merchant processing fees.
- If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable.
- We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us.
Additional Information
- It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
- If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Cancellations
- All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
- This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
- If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
- If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.

Defective Merchandise

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow. Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
This is the manufacturer’s limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the AnyHill product (“Product”). This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service. Here at AnyHill, our goal Is to provide outstanding customer service. We’re dedicated to overcoming any obstacles until every customer is satisfied.
All AnyHill e-scooter products come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the Product to be free of major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser under normal use for up to 1 year. This sheet and the original purchase receipt for the purchase of your Product are the documents defining the Limited Warranty. Please retain this document and the original purchase receipt to preserve your warranty service.

1. Limited Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. 2. Limited Warranty Service Process
AnyHill’s online help resources are available at: http://www.anyhill.com/support. If you discover what you believe is a defect for your Product, please contact AnyHill at service@anyhill.com. AnyHill’s technical support personnel are available to assist you in diagnosing and fixing any problems you may encounter in the use of your Product.
In the event we cannot help you fix the problem, you may be entitled to warranty service under this Limited Warranty. To submit your Product for warranty service under this Limited Warranty, you will be asked to provide AnyHill with:
- the proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
- Upon verification of your eligibility, you will need to provide your name, email address, mailing address, and contact telephone number to receive a return materials authorization (“RMA”) number.
AnyHill must receive your defective Product within thirty (30) days from AnyHill’s issuance of an RMA to you. AnyHill may direct you to a designated third party for warranty repairs.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product to AnyHill, and you assume the risk of loss in the event your Product is lost or damaged during shipment from you to AnyHill.
You must include your defective Product within the original packaging. AnyHill is not responsible for any damages caused by your improper packaging or shipment of the Product to AnyHill. An authorized service provider will inspect your Product. If AnyHill determines that the problem is not covered under the Limited Warranty, AnyHill will notify you and inform you of service or replacement alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis, or AnyHill will return your Product to you unrepaired, and in such instance, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the shipment of your Product from AnyHill to you.
For eligible warranty claims, AnyHill will service defective Products with new or reconditioned parts of the same or similar style at no cost to you for the service. Parts replaced by AnyHill will be retained by, and become the property of AnyHill.
For eligible warranty claims, AnyHill will refund your shipping costs for sending the defective Product to AnyHill and will pay reasonable return shipping charges for the return of the Product to you.
3. Limited Warranty Eligibility
- Your service request must be received by AnyHill within the Limited Warranty Period as described in clause 1, and AnyHill must receive your Product following the Limited Warranty Service Process as described in clause 2.
- Your Product must be purchased from an authorized reseller of the Product.
- You must retain the original purchase receipt and your Limited Warranty, and provide this documentation to AnyHill to verify your warranty eligibility.
- This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service.
- Your Product must be unmodified.
4. Limited Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty describes the service available to you in the event your Product requires warranty service, and you may have additional protections under your local laws. This Limited Warranty does not cover and excludes damage to your Product:
- Caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or commercial use.
- Caused by improper charging, storage, or operation, including, without limitation, use contrary to the users’ materials, use exceeding specified height, weight, and age limits, use on stairs, walls and curbs, or any extreme sport or exhibition use.
- Caused by accident, collision, riding over obstacles, racing, fire, water submersion, high-pressure water spray, freezing, earthquake, dropping, severe oxidation, or chemical solvent corrosion.
- Caused by any repair that was unauthorized by AnyHill.
- Caused by improper packaging or mishandling during shipment to the warranty service provider.
- That is cosmetic, including, scratches, dents, and the removal of protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time unless such damage occurred due to a defect in materials.
- Caused by the use of the Product with, or any modification to the Product using, any third-party product, component, or accessory that is not sold by AnyHill.
- That does not arise from AnyHill’s product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.
5. Liability Disclaimer and Limitation
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, AnyHill shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Anyhill has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

I love this board, so well made and the hydro wheels are excellent. Plenty of reviews online about flex pro.
More importantly, the purchase experience was even better. Very responsive, they call you back when needed and pretty much go above and beyond compared to others. Dude named Guy in particular was very helpful. I must have bugged him quite a few times but he was always helpful and would return messages in timely manner. I hope I can purchase my next board from here. If they carry it I will.
