Over all great bike only complaint is the bulid quality

I gave the drift hero three stars because performance wise it works very well, but quality is lacking. After only two days of riding this bike, the rear subframe is bent and the welds broken. The grab handles under the seat are so cheaply made. You can’t move the bike around with them. They broke off. The plastics are very brittle in break when they touch anything.

Thank you so much for the go karts. They are amazing and my kids love them when it came to customer service very fast response via text message very polite and followed up with me throughout the entire process up into shipment date. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Angelica was amazing to work with and the bike is amazing wish it came with a speedometer though.

I think it is a rather good bike for its price, it’s the same speed as a stock Surron and maybe it can even beat it. I cant say the same for the range though, it just kind of lacks, not that bad but also not that good. And the lack of customization, but thats not the company's fault. Overall its a really solid bike, and great for the price.

All the reviews you see on tiktok about the bike being bad are bad reviews, this bike is amazing for its price and I ride mostly on the street and it is amazing for its price. The only tiny downside is the battery life, it goes down pretty quick if you pin it in mode 3 but other than that the bike is worth it.

My son wanted a more powerful and faster electric dirt bike from a 48V one he had. He loves this one! It really looks and feel like a real dirt bike. Assembly was also easy even for a beginner like me!

We purchased this dirt bike for our son’s 13th birthday since he outgrew the smaller Razor bikes. Ever since we put it together he’s been driving it every spare minute. My husband and him are looking forward to the weather warming up and going on trails together and really testing it out. Also, we can’t say enough wonderful things about the customer service. They’ve been wonderful to work with.

I purchase (2) E-Moto bikes at the same time from different vendors and I must say, my experience with Electric Ride Co. was top notch. Angelica reached out via email immediately to let me know that the bike I wanted was waiting for the next shipment to arrive at the warehouse and made sure I still wanted to proceed with the purchase. She let me know that I would not see any charges on my card until she received a shipping label for my bike. She made sure I read through all of their terms and shipping procedures before finalizing the process. On top of the great customer service, Electric Ride Co. was also offering the best pricing. My other purchase also arrived in good condition, but there was not any correspondence from a human, which was okay, but it didn’t give me the confidence I had with Angelica and ERC.

The dirt bike is as advertised. It is incredibly powerful for its size (I am an old 2-stroke, RM250 race biker from the early 2000s). The electric will take some getting used to, but the fun factor is all there.

I am 6’ tall and 180#’s and this bike fits me perfectly! I’m newer to the e-bike/e-moto world and this bike does not disappoint! It was packaged very well, the metal framing did take damage during shipping but it did not affect the bike at all. It was simple to assemble and took me about 45 min.

I do have a few complaints but nothing that was a huge issue.

-The rear axle nut was torqued super tight (I’m assuming with an impact gun).

-One of the fork tubes was a few mm higher than the other which made putting the front axle on a challenge.

-The chain was too tight, there was no slack whatsoever.

-The graphics on the plastics have a lot of bubbles in them, not a big deal as I’ll probably replace them with a custom set.

Overall, this bike is a blast! It’s about the size of a 85cc Dirtbike and it rips! I’ve got 5 solid rides on it so far and no issues yet!
