I got this scooter about two weeks ago, and have been using it almost everyday.
I love almost everything about it. The big center screen is amazing, easy to see, even with sunglasses on in direct sunlight. The solid tires are surprisingly smooth, and have good traction. The scooter is fairly portable and not super heavy. The advertised 20-25 miles guaranteed range is a true statement. I went to work and back 3 times (which is 4.4 miles each trip) and had half bars left. And that was going 2nd-3rd gear with turbo on. The front light on this scooter is one of the best I’ve had. Most scooter lights don’t do a great job at lightning up the road, but this one is actually decent.
Now I do have some things I really don’t like. The first would be the turning radius. Which isn’t that much compared to most scooters I’ve tried. It’s not noticeable when you are riding, however, when you want to turn it around when it is off, you need a lot more space because the bottom swing arms don’t swing a whole lot. But on the other hand, it does make the scooter more stable while riding straight.
The breaks are unfortunately worse than most I’ve tried. At first they started off okay, didn’t stop super super quick, but got the job done. But then about a week later, the front one just starts making noise whenever I use it, even with just a little pull. It’s annoying, and I’ve tried fixing it on my own but it’s still the same. Maybe it’s just my scooter, but the brakes could be a lot better. (And yes I’ve messed with all the electric brake settings as well, results are basically the same.)
Overall though, it’s a great all around scooter. The speed varieties you get are very good, you can go from pretty slow to pretty quick easily, and I love that. Would recommend to anyone, new or experienced.

I purchase (2) E-Moto bikes at the same time from different vendors and I must say, my experience with Electric Ride Co. was top notch. Angelica reached out via email immediately to let me know that the bike I wanted was waiting for the next shipment to arrive at the warehouse and made sure I still wanted to proceed with the purchase. She let me know that I would not see any charges on my card until she received a shipping label for my bike. She made sure I read through all of their terms and shipping procedures before finalizing the process. On top of the great customer service, Electric Ride Co. was also offering the best pricing. My other purchase also arrived in good condition, but there was not any correspondence from a human, which was okay, but it didn’t give me the confidence I had with Angelica and ERC.
The dirt bike is as advertised. It is incredibly powerful for its size (I am an old 2-stroke, RM250 race biker from the early 2000s). The electric will take some getting used to, but the fun factor is all there.
I was greatly impressed with the customer service of Electric Ride Company. Angelica from ERC always kept me informed on everything involved. I ordered two Engwe E26 e bikes and received both within a week. I give this company a Big 5 star rating! If you need e bikes, order from no one else than Electric Ride Company!

The title says it all. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to in the case of Guy from Electric Ride Co. Guy was phenomenal in helping me. I’ve ordered the Exway Flex Pro with 90mm street wheel but since they didn’t have that in stock Guy upgraded me to the 100mm Hydro wheel free of charge. Guy informed me when my package was shipped, when it arrived in my country, and when it was delivered.
