I purchase (2) E-Moto bikes at the same time from different vendors and I must say, my experience with Electric Ride Co. was top notch. Angelica reached out via email immediately to let me know that the bike I wanted was waiting for the next shipment to arrive at the warehouse and made sure I still wanted to proceed with the purchase. She let me know that I would not see any charges on my card until she received a shipping label for my bike. She made sure I read through all of their terms and shipping procedures before finalizing the process. On top of the great customer service, Electric Ride Co. was also offering the best pricing. My other purchase also arrived in good condition, but there was not any correspondence from a human, which was okay, but it didn’t give me the confidence I had with Angelica and ERC.

The dirt bike is as advertised. It is incredibly powerful for its size (I am an old 2-stroke, RM250 race biker from the early 2000s). The electric will take some getting used to, but the fun factor is all there.

I was greatly impressed with the customer service of Electric Ride Company. Angelica from ERC always kept me informed on everything involved. I ordered two Engwe E26 e bikes and received both within a week. I give this company a Big 5 star rating! If you need e bikes, order from no one else than Electric Ride Company!

I received my new scooter and I love it. First let me say the purchase and shipping experience was top notch. Electric Ride Co had the best price and the shipping was very fast. The title says it all. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to in the case of Guy from Electric Ride Co. Guy was phenomenal in helping me. I’ve ordered the Exway Flex Pro with 90mm street wheel but since they didn’t have that in stock Guy upgraded me to the 100mm Hydro wheel free of charge. Guy informed me when my package was shipped, when it arrived in my country, and when it was delivered. Guy also helped with technical support like how to connect to the ExSkate app and finally was able to get me a free remote protector from Exway. Best customer experience ever.
