Assembly Option Explained: If you choose the assembly option, your product will be assembled and tested by professional installers and strapped to a wood pallet and arrive ready-to-ride. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 days for the item to ship. If you choose no assembly, the product will ship in the factory sealed box and will require assembly. Most items are 70% to 90% assembled in the box.
Lift Gate Service Explained: If you choose the lift gate shipping option on the checkout page, the shipping company will arrive with a hydraulic lift on the back of their semi-trailer to lower your box/pallet to the ground. If you do not choose lift gate service, you will need to move the box from the back of the truck yourself.

Just got this together so haven't used it that much yet and cannot comment on battery life, etc..
Arrived faster than expected and in great shape. Assembly was not to bad. Agree with others that said not to rely on the "tools" they supply. Instructions were useful and you will need some larger socket wrenches to tighten the wheels. No problem for anyone who does any type of DIY mechanical work (or has a friend that does).
This is very fast in the high mode. This did not come with low, med, high choices as it says in the specs; just Low/High.
Specs also say max height 5' 7" but I think anyone over 5' is going to feel cramped. This was meant for my wife (4' 11") and grand daughter and it is perfect for them. I'm only 5' 6" and it is hard to fit into. That said the weight seems to make no difference. My 225lb son (about 5' 8") and the 50lb grand daughter in it at the same time and it goes just fine.
Very quick and fun to drive. Grand daughter screaming constantly (good screams). I live in Arizona on a few acres of desert with dirt paths all around the property and this really flies. Time will tell how durable it is but seems pretty well put together.
One complaint - it needs a key cut-off. It simply has an on/off toggle switch so no way to prevent the grandkid from using it w/o supervision. I'll probably find an aftermarket key and install it.

one small problem steering wheel does not tighten up
if you do not know how to use wrenches let them put unit together
We bought this as a Christmas gift for our boys aged 9 and 12. To say they LOVE it is an understatement. This arrived on time and put together. Quality is great, safe and overall a wonderful gift that our boys enjoy.

This was a birthday gift for my 10 year old although the recommended age is 13 And he absolutely loved it.
I’m 35 and Ive been having a blast driving it around myself.
I was a little nervous about going up a very steep hill for the first time however you can easily climb steep hills at 20 mph. I weigh160lbs!
This product is Well built and built to last and worth every penny. I will be ordering more products from your company thank you.

The dirt bike is as advertised. It is incredibly powerful for its size (I am an old 2-stroke, RM250 race biker from the early 2000s). The electric will take some getting used to, but the fun factor is all there.
I was greatly impressed with the customer service of Electric Ride Company. Angelica from ERC always kept me informed on everything involved. I ordered two Engwe E26 e bikes and received both within a week. I give this company a Big 5 star rating! If you need e bikes, order from no one else than Electric Ride Company!

I’ve ordered the Exway Flex Pro with 90mm street wheel but since they didn’t have that in stock Guy upgraded me to the 100mm Hydro wheel free of charge.
