So I do uber eats for a living primarily. This scooter seemed perfect for what i do, i need a long distance low speed scooter to stay within state limits. So at first it seemed amazing! 5 days in the rear tube in the tire bursted due to a manufacturer error from what I can gather through observation and from a member in the staff. I had to learn how to take the rear wheel off which the design feels as if its to be as difficult as possible. It took me 6 whole hours and broken skin and nails. I did get a replacement tube sent to me for free which was nice and a new phone mount as I did break my original in this ordeal. Skip to a month and 1 day exactly since the scooter arrived, the front tube bursted. Went home and had to replace it. Due to a tear on the seam of the tube, was way easier but still. Only 1 month of use and had to do this. Ended up tearing the replacement for the front one and had to use the rear backup one instead, managed to do it then skip to today, 3 days later. Both the front and rear go flat on me. When I got home after walking home for 20 mins I investigated. It appears the tube i was sent as a replacement for the rear originally has a valve issue, it doesnt properly seal after pumping and leaks air, the rear seems to have the same exact issue it did originally.
TLRD: customer service is awesome. Scooter is awesome. Don't ever use tube in tires, get 3rd party whole tires. It's what im doing. Didn't want to spend an extra 110$ just to replace tires for a scooter ive owned for a month and 4 days

I purchase (2) E-Moto bikes at the same time from different vendors and I must say, my experience with Electric Ride Co. was top notch. Angelica reached out via email immediately to let me know that the bike I wanted was waiting for the next shipment to arrive at the warehouse and made sure I still wanted to proceed with the purchase. She let me know that I would not see any charges on my card until she received a shipping label for my bike. She made sure I read through all of their terms and shipping procedures before finalizing the process. On top of the great customer service, Electric Ride Co. was also offering the best pricing. My other purchase also arrived in good condition, but there was not any correspondence from a human, which was okay, but it didn’t give me the confidence I had with Angelica and ERC.
The dirt bike is as advertised. It is incredibly powerful for its size (I am an old 2-stroke, RM250 race biker from the early 2000s). The electric will take some getting used to, but the fun factor is all there.
I was greatly impressed with the customer service of Electric Ride Company. Angelica from ERC always kept me informed on everything involved. I ordered two Engwe E26 e bikes and received both within a week. I give this company a Big 5 star rating! If you need e bikes, order from no one else than Electric Ride Company!
I received my new scooter and I love it. First let me say the purchase and shipping experience was top notch. Electric Ride Co had the best price and the shipping was very fast. The title says it all. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to in the case of Guy from Electric Ride Co. Guy was phenomenal in helping me. I’ve ordered the Exway Flex Pro with 90mm street wheel but since they didn’t have that in stock Guy upgraded me to the 100mm Hydro wheel free of charge. Guy informed me when my package was shipped, when it arrived in my country, and when it was delivered. Guy also helped with technical support like how to connect to the ExSkate app and finally was able to get me a free remote protector from Exway. Best customer experience ever.
