A 1000W BAFANG mid-drive motor, 140mm front suspension, and 26 × 4.0-inch fat tires come together in a full-suspension platform built for changing terrain. Add an SRAM NX 11-speed drivetrain and four-piston hydraulic brakes, and the SPECTER-S 4.0 is ready for confident exploration beyond smooth pavement.
Power Through the Gears
The 1000W BAFANG G510 mid-drive motor sends power through the bike’s drivetrain. Instead of driving one wheel directly, the motor can work with the selected gear, giving the rider more control over how power is delivered as the terrain changes.
Mounted near the center of the bike, the drive unit also keeps the main source of motor weight close to the frame’s center.

More Control When the Ground Gets Rough
The EXPLORER suspension fork provides 140mm of front travel, while the AO-38RC rear shock adds 50mm of rear suspension travel. Together, they help the wheels follow uneven terrain and reduce the impact transferred to the rider.
The result is a more composed ride across broken pavement, gravel, trail surfaces, and repeated bumps.

Choose the Gear Before the Terrain Chooses for You
The SRAM NX 1 × 11 drivetrain combines an NX trigger shifter, long-cage rear derailleur, and PG-1130 11–42T cassette. The wide gear range helps riders prepare for climbs, settle into a cruising cadence, and respond to changing gradients.
A motor cut-off shift sensor briefly interrupts motor assistance during gear changes, helping reduce drivetrain load while shifting.

48V 17.5Ah Removable Battery
The removable downtube battery uses LG cells. A lockable battery mount helps secure it to the frame, while the removable design gives riders more flexibility when charging or storing the battery.
The included battery delivers up to 40 miles of estimated range. For longer adventures, add an optional second battery and extend the combined riding range up to 52 miles.

I purchase (2) E-Moto bikes at the same time from different vendors and I must say, my experience with Electric Ride Co. was top notch. She let me know that I would not see any charges on my card until she received a shipping label for my bike. My other purchase also arrived in good condition, but there was not any correspondence from a human, which was okay, but it didn’t give me the confidence I had with Angelica and ERC.
The dirt bike is as advertised. It is incredibly powerful for its size (I am an old 2-stroke, RM250 race biker from the early 2000s). The electric will take some getting used to, but the fun factor is all there.
I was greatly impressed with the customer service of Electric Ride Company. Angelica from ERC always kept me informed on everything involved. I ordered two Engwe E26 e bikes and received both within a week. I give this company a Big 5 star rating! If you need e bikes, order from no one else than Electric Ride Company!
