The G30-Cargo is a super functional long-tail cargo style bike. It can easily hold 2 passengers, go up steep hills, or be loaded up with food deliveries, parcels and more. There is an option for a basket kit and a second battery for longer journeys.

    Electric bikes ship to the lower 48 States with Free Shipping by Fedex/UPS from warehouse in Las Vegas. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

    Electric bikes ship to Hawaii and Alaska for $500. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days.


    Electric bikes ship to Canada by UPS for $100 (including duties and taxes) from warehouses in Toronto & Vancouver. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days and there are no customs duties or taxes involved.

    Order Confirmation

    • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
    • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
    • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
    • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment

    • If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
    • We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    Freight LTL Shipments

    • Note: Only applies to certain products such as large scooters.
    • When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
    • You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item. 
    • The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday to Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time, i.e. 9am, cannot be scheduled. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame. 
    • Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
    • Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered. 
    • The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door. 
    • Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
    How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at Time of Product Delivery
    1. Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing:
    • Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit. 
    • We recommend immediate inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork, take photos of the damage, and notify us immediately by sending an e-mail with photos to
    • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage. 
    • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier.

      Electric Ride Co. is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website. All of our products are covered by their manufacturer return/refund policies and warranty policies.

      For a majority of our products, our return policy varies between 7 to 30 days depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies and we have to abide by the manufacturer's return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we distribute. Please read the return policy below that applies to this product. Brand return policies should be read in conjunction with the Electric Ride Co. Return Terms below.

      EUNORAU Return Policy


      We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. For rejection, we have to refund you after deducting the shipping cost.


      We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, customers must return the product in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional material, and in the original packaging. Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date and pay for the shipping cost to EUNORAU’s warehouses located in the US/AU/EU/UK. We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition, we will refuse a refund. If the returned products are in original condition, we will agree to refund the paid amount.


      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

      Electric Ride Co. Return Terms

      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
      • Returns may be requested by sending an email to with your order number.
      • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
      • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
      • We do not charge restocking fees, but if our supplier does, this fee will be passed on to you. Supplier restocking fees vary from zero to 30% and can be viewed on the product page.
      • If the return is for personal reasons, a 5% fee will be charged to cover our administration costs and merchant processing fees.
      • If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
      • Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable.
      • We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges.
      • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
      • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us.

       Additional Information

      • It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
      • If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.


      • All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
      • This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
      • If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
      • If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.

      Defective Merchandise

      All of our products are covered by their manufacturer warranty policies. The warranty information for each product can be found under the "WARRANTY" tab on the product page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product.


      We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item (different size / color / model, etc.) you will need to cancel or return the initial order and place a new order.

      We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow.       EUNORAU Warranty Policy

      Limited One Year Warranty

      • All EUNORAU bikes are covered under our manufacturer's one-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).

      Warranty Period & Target Audience

      • The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the one-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.

      • As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transfer can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:

      • The one-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.

      • You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.

      Covered Products

      • EUNORAU will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

      • EUNORAU ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for one year.

      • This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized EUNORAU.

      • EUNORAU reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of EUNORAU.

      • Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

      1. Corrosion

      2. Paint fade, scratches, impact marks

      3. Impact damage

      4. Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)

      5. Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

      • EUNORAU batteries are covered by a one-year prorated warranty.

      • During one year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.

      • After the first year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new one-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.

      • No cash reimbursement will be made.

      • Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by EUNORAU only.

      This Limited Warranty does not cover:

      • Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by EUNORAU. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

      1. Brake Pads

      2. Rotors

      3. Spokes

      4. Tires/Tubes

      5. Chains

      6. Chain Rings

      7. Cassettes

      8. Crankset

      • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).

      • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.

      • frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.

      • Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

      • Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.

      • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by EUNORAU.

      • The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.

      • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by EUNORAU with the Products.

      • Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.

      • Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

      • In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:

      • Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;

      • Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;

      • Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;

      • Parts & Components

      • Original EUNORAU parts & components are covered by a one-year limited warranty (When all the spare parts for the warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight).

      Claims Process

      1. Warranty Claims

      All claims to this warranty can be submitted to Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through EUNORAU within one year of initial purchase.

      EUNORAU will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

      1. Shipping Damage Claims

      In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact and provide us with photo or video proof.

      All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

      NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

      Repair Service

      For offline bicycle store repair services, EUNORAU will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs produced in the repair service.
