    United States

    Electric bikes ship to the lower 48 states with Free Shipping by Fedex/UPS from a warehouse in California. Larger products such as trikes and the Rerode R1 ship by freight. Estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days.

    Canada

    Electric bikes ship to Canada by UPS for $100 (including duties and taxes) from warehouses in Toronto & Vancouver. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days and there are no customs duties or taxes involved.

    Order Confirmation

    • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
    • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
    • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment

    • If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
    • We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Damages

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will assist.

    Freight LTL Shipments

    • Note: Only applies to certain products such as large scooters.
    • When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
    • You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item. 
    • The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday to Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time, i.e. 9am, cannot be scheduled. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame. 
    • Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
    • Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered. 
    • The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door. 
    • Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
    How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at Time of Product Delivery
    1. Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing:
    • Notation on the carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list the type of damage to the carton. Remember to take photos of any damage.
    • Carton damage requires visual inspection of the contents of the unit. Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival. If there is any damage to the product then please send photos and a description to support@electricrideco.com
    • Even if there is damage to the carton, the product should be well protected and we will send free replacement parts if necessary.

    Electric Ride Co. is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website. All of our products are covered by their manufacturer return/refund policies and warranty policies.

    For a majority of our products, our return policy varies between 7 to 30 days depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies and we have to abide by the manufacturer's return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we distribute. Please read the return policy below that applies to this product. Brand return policies should be read in conjunction with the Electric Ride Co. Return Terms below.

    EUNORAU Return Policy

    Cancellation

    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. For delivery rejection, we have to refund you after deducting the shipping costs.

    Returns

    We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, customers must return the product in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way. The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional material, and in the original packaging. Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date and pay for the shipping cost to EUNORAU’s warehouses located in the US/AU/EU/UK. We will finish the inspection within 5 days after receipt of the product. If the returned products are not in original condition, we will refuse a refund. If the returned products are in original condition, we will agree to refund the paid amount less the original and return shipping costs.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


    Electric Ride Co. Return Terms

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
    • Returns may be requested by sending an email to support@electricrideco.com with your order number.
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • We do not charge restocking fees, but if our supplier does, this fee will be passed on to you. Supplier restocking fees vary from zero to 30% and can be viewed on the product page.
    • If the return is for personal reasons, a 5% fee will be charged to cover our administration costs and merchant processing fees.
    • If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
    • Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable.
    • We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges.
    • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
    • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us.

     Additional Information

    • It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
    • If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.

    Cancellations

    • All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
    • This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
    • If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
    • If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.

    Damages

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will address the issue.

    Defective Merchandise

    All of our products are covered by their manufacturer warranty policies. The warranty information for each product can be found under the "WARRANTY" tab on the product page. Please let us know if you discover any manufacturer's defects and we will help you get parts or replace the product.

    Please note that for returns of defective products, it is the customer's responsibility to repackage the product in the original packaging. Please make sure to keep the original packaging even if it has been damaged as the packaging can be patched up. If the customer has thrown away the original packaging then it is the customer's responsibility to repackage the product at their own cost.

    Some of our suppliers may refuse returns if the original packaging has been thrown away.

    Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures

    Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed pictures, usually due to product improvements over time. Electric Ride Co. is not responsible for original or return shipping fees should the specs or pictures be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item you will need to return the initial order and place a new order.

    EUNORAU Warranty Policy

    Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation (“Eunorau”), offers this Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) for the Eunorau electric bicycles ("Product“) that are bought in the U.S. or Canada on or after August 1st, 2023. Any bike bought and registered before this period is still subject to the original limited warranty.

    Eunorau requires you to register your Product right after the purchase. This will ensure your after-sale claims process faster and more accurately.

    Eunorau's 24-Month+ Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include usual wear & tear and labor costs.

    Eunorau complimentary continues to support the Product after the Warranty as a manufacturer courtesy and may only ask for shipping costs and send replacement parts for free. Eunorau reserves the right to change this term without any confirmation from the customer.

    Warranty Requirements:

    1. Proof of purchase.
      a. For retail purchaser, receipt or similiar document with the date of purchase and the Product name.
      b. For Eunorau official website purchaser, order ID and information check. For other website, more information might be required.
    2. Product Registration right after the purchase.
    3. E-bike check-up by a Eunorau specialist or dealer after the first year of use.
    4. You are the original purchaser, Warranty does not transfer to another owner.
    5. When purchasing Eunorau ebikes from an authorized Dealer, kindly ensure that the dealer guides you through the registration process for your new ebike. This step is crucial to ensure a seamless ownership experience

    Eunorau 24-Month Warranty Policy

    Uncovered Items

    Original Eunorau parts & components are covered by a 24-month+ Warranty.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:

    1. Ordinary wear and tear are not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by an authorized Eunorau dealer. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
    • Brake Pads
    • Rotors
    • Spokes
    • Handlebar Grips
    • Shifter
    • Brake cables
    • Casings
    • Tires/Tubes
    • Chains
    • Chain Rings
    • Cassettes
    • Transmission gears
    • Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
    • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
    1. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
    2. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
    3. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage not caused by Eunorau.
    4. The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
    5. Defects or damage to the products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Eunorau.
    6. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions (YouTube Video) & Manual.
    7. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source.
    8. Using a battery charger that is not intended or compatible for use with the Eunorau battery.
    9. Using a battery charger improperly.
    10. If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
    11. If the battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified.
    12. Any free gift or accessories that came with the purchase of the product.
    Shipping Damage

    All shipments require the person to be present and sign off on the package during delivery, any damage you may find before can be used as a reason to decline the package.

    Damage to a Product during shipping is not covered by this Warranty. Notwithstanding such limitation, if you find problems right after delivery, notify Eunorau immediately with pictures and/or a video of the product and damaged parts.

    Do not use the product and keep everything in the original packaging and reach our after-sale team for further assistance.

    10-Year Frame Limited Warranty

    Eunorau electric bicycle frames are covered by a 10-Year replacement/repair Warranty for the original purchaser.

    This Warranty includes a replacement/repair frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized Eunorau dealer.

    Eunorau reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this Warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Eunorau.

    Frame issues that are excluded from this Warranty include but are not limited to:

    1. Corrosion
    2. Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
    3. Impact damage
    4. Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
    5. Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
    6. Any suspension parts

    THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS OUT THE FULL EXTENT OF EUNORAU’S RESPONSIBILITIES AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY REGARDING THE PRODUCTS. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT WILL EUNORAU BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OVER THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMMERCIAL LOSS OF ANY SORT; LOSS OF USE, TIME, DATA, REPUTATION, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, PROFITS OR SAVINGS; INCONVENIENCE; INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF EUNORAU HAD REASON TO BELIEVE SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.     EUNORAU MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY, CAPABILITIES, OPERATIONS, PERFORMANCE, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PRODUCT, OR THE ABILITY TO INTEGRATE ANY SUCH EQUIPMENT WITH THE PRODUCT. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY, CAPABILITIES, OPERATIONS, PERFORMANCE, AND SUITABILITY OF ANY SUCH THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE RESTS SOLELY WITH THE USER AND THE DIRECT VENDOR, OWNER OR SUPPLIER OF SUCH THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE.

    Nothing in the Assembly Instructions (YouTube Video) & Manual or Product information, instructions, or advertisements is intended to create or be construed as an express Warranty of any kind concerning any Product. No agent, employee, dealer, representative, or reseller is authorized to modify or extend this Limited Warranty or to make binding representations or claims, whether in advertising, presentations, or otherwise, on behalf of EUNORAU regarding the Products or this Limited Warranty.

    This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

    What is the procedure for resolving disputes?

    ALL DISPUTES WITH EUNORAU ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE SALE, VALUE, CONDITION, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS MUST BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, AND NOT BY A COURT OR JURY, WITH THE SOLE EXCEPTION THAT NOTHING IN THIS PROVISION WILL PROHIBIT ANY SUCH DISPUTE FROM BEING RESOLVED AS AN INDIVIDUAL CLAIM IN A SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Any such dispute, whether arbitrated or brought in small claims court, will not be combined or consolidated with a dispute involving any other person’s or entity’s product or claim, and specifically, without limitation of the foregoing, must not under any circumstances proceed as part of a class action or collective action. It is the express intent of the parties that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and that the arbitrator will not have the power to award class or collective relief or to determine or order that the dispute should proceed as a class or collective action, whether in arbitration or any other forum or venue. The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator, whose award must not exceed, in form or amount, the relief allowed by the applicable law. The arbitration will be conducted according to the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) rules and procedures applicable to consumer disputes (which currently may be found at www.adr.org) or, if AAA consumer dispute rules and procedures cannot, for whatever reason, be applied, then according to JAMS consumer arbitration rules and procedures or other arbitration rules and procedures appropriate for use in consumer disputes. This arbitration provision is entered under the Federal Arbitration Act, and the substantive laws of the State of Nevada, without reference to its choice of laws principles, will otherwise govern the interpretation of the Limited Warranty and all disputes that are subject to this arbitration provision. The arbitrator will decide all issues of interpretation and application of this arbitration provision and the Limited Warranty. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator’s final award in any court of competent jurisdiction.

    This arbitration provision also applies to claims against EUNORAU’S employees, representatives, and affiliates if any such claim arises from a Product’s sale, value, condition, or performance.

    The original purchaser may opt out of this dispute resolution procedure by, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the original purchaser’s purchase of the Product, (1) sending a notice by e-mail to info@eunorau-ebike.com, with the subject line: “Arbitration Opt Out.” The opt-out email must include (a) the original purchaser’s name and address; (b) the date on which the Product was purchased; (c) the Product model name or model number; and (d) the Product serial number (the Product serial number can be found (i) on the Product box; (ii) for Bikes, on the Bike stamped into the bottom of the frame below the bottom bracket; (iii) for Batteries, on a label on the Battery imprinted below a barcode on a metallic sticker; and/or (iv) for Batteries, engraved onto the metal Battery case) and providing the same information. This is the only form of notice that will be effective to opt out of this dispute resolution procedure. Opting out of this dispute resolution procedure will not affect the coverage of the Limited Warranty in any way.

    Severability

    If any portion of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the Limited Warranty.

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 30 days of your purchase date then please let us know. As long as the dealer is not breaking the minimum advertised price policy, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

    We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 15 days of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.

    To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website or on our competitors’ website along with your order number within 30 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
