enSkate R3 Mini

Easy Turning & Super Portable

Inspired by skateboards and surfboards, the R3 Mini has a 25mm wide concave and classic kicktail design. You can do ollies and airs with limited space and make turns easily.

It uses 8 layers of maple to make it as light as possible so you can take it anywhere with ease. 

The R3 Mini can be taken on some airplanes due to the battery which is 2.5Ah and 90Wh.

Two Powerful Hub Motors

With 2 x 450W powerful hub motors, the R3 Mini can reach speeds of up to 22 mph.

There are 3 gears to choose from to ride at different speeds.

The FOC system makes the ride stable and much less noisy, and provides you with the best control of acceleration and braking at high speed.

The IP54 rating helps to protect the drive system in environments with water. But please note that it is not recommend to use the R3 Mini in water.

90mm x 60mm Wheels

The wear resistant and high elastic 90mm PU wheels offer a smooth and stable ride. You can easily get over small obstacles and pebbles on the road. Provides smooth braking and change of direction.

36V 2.5AH Samsung Battery

The 36V 2.5Ah Samsung Li-ion battery can be fully charged in 2 hours and you can ride as far as 12.5 miles. Perfect for your short distance commute in an environmentally friendly way.

EABS Brake System

The EABS brake system can convert part of the kinetic energy into electric energy by pulling from the brake while driving, providing extra battery life. The brake can be adjusted according to the brake strength of the remote control, which is very safe for beginners and will stop people from falling due to sudden braking.

enSkate Shipping Info

  1. Free shipping to the contiguous United States.
  2. Order processing time: 1-3 business days
  3. Tracking numbers: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
  4. Please double check your receiving address after you place the order. Once your package is sent out, changing the destination address may incur an extra charge.
  5. Please make sure your address is valid and there is someone available for collection. Customers will bear the cost of any re-delivery fees.

Order Confirmation

  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
  • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

  • If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
  • We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
  • If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@electricrideco.com

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@electricrideco.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Freight LTL Shipments

  • Note: Only applies to certain products such as large scooters.
  • When the item reaches your city or a city near yours the dispatcher will call you to set up a future delivery date and time with you. The item will not be delivered until you set up this appointment.
  • You need to be at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item. 
  • The dispatcher will let you know what dates they have available. Delivery appointments can only be scheduled Monday to Friday. The delivery times can only be scheduled in delivery windows of 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm. Depending on the freight company the delivery window may differ. A fixed delivery time, i.e. 9am, cannot be scheduled. It can only be scheduled in a delivery window time frame. 
  • Please make sure the phone number you entered at checkout is a good number to contact you at.
  • Don't screen your calls until your item has been delivered. 
  • The item will be delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person. It will be placed at your door or the closet area near your door. Due to the large size, it may not be possible to be placed at your door. 
  • Be sure to keep all your packing materials including the pallet. If you decide to return the item you will need to have all the original packing materials.
How to Handle Damages, Exceptions or Discrepancies at Time of Product Delivery
  1. Carton packaging appears to have some damage such as ripped, holes, large dents, open carton, or items are missing:
  • Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit. 
  • We recommend immediate inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork, take photos of the damage, and notify us immediately by sending an e-mail with photos to support@electricrideco.com
  • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage. 
  • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier.

    Electric Ride Co. is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on this website. All of our products are covered by their manufacturer return/refund policies and warranty policies.

    For a majority of our products, our return policy varies between 7 to 30 days depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies and we have to abide by the manufacturer's return and refund policies as we are an authorized dealer for the brands we distribute. Please read the return policy below that applies to this product. Brand return policies should be read in conjunction with the Electric Ride Co. Return Terms below.

    enSkate Return Policy

    Unused products have a 7 day return and refund policy. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

    enSkate will not accept any return request of used e-skateboards or accessories. For any quality issues, please check the enSkate Warranty Policy.

    Conditions for a return and refund

    1. Returned skateboard must be in completely new condition.
    2. Returns must include all accessories which are completely new.
    3. Items must include original packaging which is completely new.
    4. For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
    5. For non-quality related warranty claims, enSkate refunds the cost of the product itself.
    6. Returns will be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

    NOTE: enSkate won't accept any return request for orders beyond 7 days of the date the item was delivered.

    Process

    1. Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order ID.
    2. Buyers should help provide proof of product condition including the packing box, accessories, and the board. It's best to send quality photos and videos.
    3. It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
    4. Once the request is approved, the refund will be handled within 7 working days.

    From there a Customer Care representative will contact you with the return authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees (including any fees with international shipments). Please make sure to contact our Customer Service team prior to shipping back any items.

    All items must be in brand new condition (unused, unridden) to be eligible for a return. If an item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed to be used, we will notify you via email and return the goods back to you.

    Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us. We will process the refund back to the credit card you supplied to purchase your order.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item (different size/color/model, etc.) you will need to cancel or return the initial order and place a new order.


    Electric Ride Co. Return Terms

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
    • Returns may be requested by sending an email to support@electricrideco.com with your order number.
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • We do not charge restocking fees, but if our supplier does, this fee will be passed on to you. Supplier restocking fees vary from zero to 30% and can be viewed on the product page.
    • If the return is for personal reasons, a 5% fee will be charged to cover our administration costs and merchant processing fees.
    • If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
    • Original shipping charges included in the purchase price of the product are non-refundable.
    • We will refund the product price minus the applicable fees and charges.
    • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used when the original purchase was made.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed once the item is delivered back to us.

     Additional Information

    • It is the customer's responsibility to return the merchandise in a new resalable condition. Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected.
    • If a returned item gets damaged during the transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the carrier. No refund can be issued in this case.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.

    Cancellations

    • All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
    • This fee covers administration costs and costs from our credit card processing company. Whenever we refund an order, we are not refunded our merchant card processing fees.
    • If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur.
    • If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies and more fees will apply like original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and restocking fees if any. We do not charge restocking fees, we only pass them on from our supplier.

    Defective Merchandise

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Most of our suppliers have a minimum advertised price policy which dealers have to follow. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 30 days of your purchase date then please let us know. As long as the dealer is not breaking the minimum advertised price policy, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

    enSkate Warranty Policy

    enSkate offers a 6 month warranty on the skateboard itself and 3 month warranty on parts and accessories (consumables, like the battery, motor, ESC).

    Warranty Periods

    7 days after the date delivered:
    1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard - buyers may be offered a full refund or provided with a new e-board.
    2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories - enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
    3 months after the date delivered:
    1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard - enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard and provide free parts and accessories, such as motors, batteries, remote controller.
    2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories - enSkate will provide the relative skateboard parts and accessories for free and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
    Over 3 months and within 6 months:
    1. Quality issues about the e-skateboard - enSkate will assist buyers to repair the skateboard. If there are parts or accessories (except the battery, motor, ESC) broken and need replacing, enSkate will provide free skateboard parts and accessories and arrange the shipment within 7 days.
    2. Quality issues about the parts and accessories (like the battery, motor, ESC) - buyers should buy these and repair the skateboard under the assistance of our technical staff, enSkate will provide a 30% discount.

    Process

    • Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order ID.
    • It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
    • Buyers must provide sufficient proof of the quality problems about the skateboard or the accessories.
    • Once the request is approved, the refund will be handled within 7 working days, and parts and accessories will be shipped within 7days.

    The warranty is not eligible for any malfunction caused by misuse, such as doing difficult tricks on e-skateboard, drops, and accidents.

    This limited warranty only applies to skateboards purchased directly from enSkate or from an enSkate authorized reseller.
