Drift Hero Warranty Policy
Every new Drift Hero product purchased directly through Drift Hero or an authorized dealer is covered by our original owner warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty is good for 90 days from the date of purchase and covers parts only. It is limited to replacement parts for manufacturer defect and does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, theft, lost product, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished products, or damage during the assembly of the product. Warranty coverage on the products is limited to the parts only and does not extend to any custom work or components added to the products. If outside or third party parts were used to modify the machine and damaged the components of the machine this would fall under misuse and would not be covered.
To invoke this warranty, the original owner must register the machine that was purchased within 90 days from the date of purchase, which includes providing a proof of purchase from the authorized Drift Hero dealer. To register the machine, please email and follow the directions and example below to Drift Hero at:

In the header of the email include: Your name, date of purchase, and type of machine purchased.
In the body of the email include: Name, phone number, mailing address, date of purchase, model & type of machine purchased, VIN number (will come on machine and/or box), name and location of authorized Drift Hero dealer.
Attachment: Attach the receipt or proof of purchase from the authorized Drift Hero dealer.
